Do you accept returns?
No, we currently do not accept returns, as we are a small, growing brand.
Do you offer exchanges?
We only offer size exchanges, however, the reverse pickup shipping cost has to be borne by you. You can DM us or conatct us for size consultations before placing your order to avoid such inconveniences.
How can I request a size exchange?
Email us at thenazarclub@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order details.
Items must be:

In original condition

With all tags intact
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests are accepted only if made immediately after placing the order by reaching out to us.
If the order has already been shipped or processed, cancellation may not be possible. You can refuse the order at the time of delivery.
What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?
If there’s an issue with your order, email us at thenazarclub@gmail.com within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.

This is mandatory for verification.
The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.
Will I get a refund?

For wrong/damaged products → refund to original payment method

In all other cases → store credit only
Store credit is valid for 365 days.
How long do refunds take?

Are slight color differences or print variations considered defects?
Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products. We only sell handcrafted products and these are all signs of authenticity.
